To Battle the sky-rocketing oil price, SIXTH ELEMENT Technology is introducing its liquid state K-1 Fuel Saving Catalyzer in 2007. The K-1 applies Quantum Technologies developed in Germany to micronize fuel particles and reduce fuel consumption by effectively lowering engin exhaust temperature.
Test on MAZDA 6 2.0 Sedan proved that engine exhaust temperature was effectively lowered by 100c (measured with BLITZ meter). Fuel consumption tests carried out on M-BENZ E320, HONDA CRV 2.0, TOYOTA CAMRY 2.0, NISSAN TEANA 250 and FORD FOCUS 1.8 show an average fuel saving of 5%-8%. While engine output measured on BOSCH dynamometer at the same time showed an average horse power increase of 3 to 5 HP.
K-1 has also passed the SGG ROHS non-toxic certification.
